J. Michael (Mike) Heil, CEO
Mike brings many years managing startup companies, plus a breadth of experience in the hospitality industry. His former ventures include Comsat, Eagle West Broadband and Hotel Movie Network.
Dustin Carlson, VP GM
Dustin is the VP General Manager for Ad Systems Communication Inc. media division. In this role, Dustin oversees the day-to-day operation of Ad Systems Communication media division and account management. The media division handles all aspects of system acquisition, advertising sale, and ad sales business development.
Dustin has been in the advertising industry for over twelve years, working in all aspects of Cable advertising from local ad sales to building relationships with national advertisers and agencies that represent fortune 500 companies. Dustin brings over 20 years experience managing day-to-day operations for a diverse range of organizations including startups; and large corporations.
Dustin holds an associates degree from Chemeketa College, and received a BPSST certification from Western Oregon University. He is married to Dayna his high school sweet heart and is the father of three, daughter Kailea, sons, Jarid and Konnor.

Bob Hall, Chairman
Co-inventor of the Addige.NET technology and co-founder of Ad Systems, Bob has been in the insertion business for over 30 years. His depth of understanding of the industry is a valuable asset to the team. Bob received
his BSEE from the University of Utah.

David Carter, VP Business Development
As VP of Business Development at Ad Systems Communications Inc., Dave is responsible for developing strategic business connections with cable systems and synergizing advertising relationships between cable systems and local and regional advertisers. Prior to joining Ad Systems Communications, Dave was the Operations Manager for one of the largest independent cable operators in the country. He has 25 years experience at the management level with 2 fortune 100 companies where he was nationally recognized for leading teams and developing future management for the retail industry. He received his B.S. in Business Administration from Oregon State University with a minor in Marketing.

Melissa Craig, Director of Business Development
Melissa Craig has been in the Cable Advertising industry for 14 years. She got her start at Comcast Spotlight in Sacramento where she started as a local sales assistant and eventually moved her way into sales. It was there where she learned the intricacies of cable advertising sales. Melissa brought her extensive knowledge for cable advertising sales to Los Angeles in 2003 for Comcast Spotlight, Los Angeles. From there she took a position in the Los Angeles office for Cabletime where she was able to build many relationships in the advertising agency community. In April 2010, Melissa took her extensive cable advertising knowledge and agency relationships to Market Specific Media where she now is the Director of Business Development for their Los Angeles office.

Tony Lenzi, Vice President National Ad Sales
Tony is a graduate of prestigious Bradley University with a double major in Advertising and Public Relations. Upon graduation, this Chicago native started selling for, and eventually managing the largest machine tool distributor in Chicago, with annual sales exceeding 250 million. After many successful years in the manufacturing field in Chicago, Tony took a chance to chase his dream of working in the professional sports field.

He moved to Portland, Oregon where he was the Director of Training for a sports marketing firm placing and training the sales staffs of over 100 teams. After several successful years of traveling the nation with this firm, Tony finally settled in his calling...advertising. Tony has been working in the advertising field now for over ten years, cable advertising being the main discipline, covering many DMA's across the country, advertising agencies to rep firms, local direct to fortune 500. And yes, even some professional sports teams!
